do I have to be to rent a boat and what are the requierments. |
| In the state of
Florida if you are 22 and older you do not need a boating license. As long
as you can demostrate that you can handle the boat and take a safty orientation
requied by law. If you are 18 and over you can get a boat safty course or
hire one of our licensed captains. |

| 2) what documents
do I need to rent a boat. |
| To rent a boat
you will need some form of official identification,drver licence,or pass
port. You will also need a credit card, anytime you rent a boat with out
a captain you will be requied to put an authorizatiom on your credit card.
The authorization are for $1500 and up. |

| 3) Where can
I go with the boat. |
| If you rent a
boat with out a captain you have to keep the boat in Miami. If you take the
boat out of miami and anything happens, our fault or yours you will have
to pay to bring the boat back to Miami. You are not allowed to take the boat
on the Ocean unless you have permission from captain Joe, If you hire a captain
you can go almost anywhere accept Cuba. |

he boat to Elliot Key. |
| Elliot Key is
outside of Miami so the same rules apply as above. |

| 5) Can we
take the boats to the Bahamas ? |
| Only with a captain
and keep in mind that it's not when you want to go but when the weather allows
you to go. |

the boat at night? |
| Only with a captain.
